You will learn how to deliver boxing and pad work sessions with clients.

And you will learn how to teach and correct exercise technique.
Our prestigious Advanced International Diploma in Personal Training helps students establish themselves as leading fitness professionals in this growing industry. Students study from home via our mobile app before attending the School for 10 days to complete their studies.
