UNDERSTANDING HUMAN MOVEMENT
This first foundation module teaches students the essentials of human movement, muscle mechanics and exercise analysis. By the end of the module students will know their muscles and be able to apply their knowledge to determine what muscles are active in a range of common gym exercises.

ONE-ON-ONE AND SMALL GROUP PT
This module is all about one-on-one personal training and small group PT. Students will learn how to teach correct form and technique, how to correct faulty form and improve posture; they will learn about delivering training away from a traditional gym environment as well as in a fitness club, and how to train clients safely and effectively as a serious fitness professional.

ADVANCED PROGRAM DESIGN
This module is all about advanced program design, how to correct common postural problems and support clients with lower back pain as well as train clients with specific needs.

Helping clients lose weight, shape up and feel amazing. This module is all about teaching students the science of nutrition and accelerated fat loss, how to calculate personalised macros and meal plans, coach nutritional change and deliver professional nutrition-based consultations.
