WHAT WILL BE COVERED ON THE DAY
We teach how to help clients improve their mental health & well-being including strategies to develop mental strength and resilience. We'll help you integrate mental health friendly strategies into your everyday practice. You'll develop the skills of negotiation and how to combat resistance to change, how to use technology to coach lasting change, manage the Chimp inside your clients' heads, retrain their reticular activating system and borrow from Covey’s essential habits to stand out as a mental fitness specialist.
Developing a clear framework to proactively help clients to be mentally stronger and fitter. We apply the 4 Cs of mental strength and wellbeing to a fitness and weight loss market. We review and apply the Chimp Paradox and PsychoCybernetics again to our field and create a clear approach to carry into our work with fitness and nutrition clients that works! This session also refines your coaching and communication skills to develop coherent consultations and coaching opportunities for your clients.
Creating better programs for clients to become mentally stronger and more resilient. With a behaviour and habit-change centred focus we explore how to reach out and help more clients, better support existing clients and grow a more mental fitness aware program of support. This session helps you build a strategy for your coaching practice moving forwards!
You will leave invigorated, empowered and excited to go and build on your current practice knowing you have invested wisely in your own personal and professional development as a serious health and well-being professional!
